Why can’t I customize anything, but my contact information?
To keep our branding consistent and to make us all look as professional as possible, the contact information is the only thing customizable.

Why can’t I add my own website to the contact information?
For brand consistency and to ensure that is the database to go to for finding pet professionals, we prefer to use your Pet Tech profile page.

Can I get my products faster than your 5-7 day turn around?
Absolutely, we know things come down to the wire sometimes and we are happy to help! Please contact us before placing your order, so we can figure out the best combination of rush printing and/or faster shipping.

Will I see a proof before my order is printed?
Yes, after ordering you will receive an emailed proof to confirm your information is correct within 24 hours or on the next available business day. Be sure to double check everything very carefully for typos and reply with any corrections.

Can I make changes after I approve my proof for production?
Once you approve your order, it cannot be changed and will require reordering to make adjustments.

I have a flyer or other product I have been using, can I get that Pet Tech branded?
Absolutely, we are always looking to add new marketing products and we appreciate your help doing so. Please contact us with the details.

Can you help with other projects that are for our business that are not Pet Tech related?
Absolutely, we are a full branding and marketing service and happy to help with anything you might need.
